Classroom management, a skill I must hone, To foster respect, productivity, and a sense of home. Differentiated instruction, a path I must take, To reach each student, for their sake. Technology's tools, I learn to wield, To enhance learning, and make knowledge yield. Lesson planning, a challenge I face, To craft engaging experiences, in a busy pace. Managing dynamics, a growth experience true, Teaching me empathy, patience, and flexibility anew. Self-reflection, a habit I cultivate, To improve, adapt, and elevate.
